NKECHI Singer-Songwriter LIVE! performed at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium.  "In support of San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom's Project Homeless Connect and by way of Blue Bear School of Music I got to play at Bill Graham Civic Auditiorium during Project Homeless Connect. I had no idea what to expect, but was overhwelmed by the generous attention to my music the volunteers AND homeless gave.  What a dream come true!  And then the Mayor awarded the musicians a signed award.   May I be a steward of this precious gift.  I am so grateful for every and any opportunity to give away the music  that has been so graceously entrusted to me."  - NKECHI

I am presently in rehearsals and "In Studio" working to bring the music that is NKECHI LIVE! to life. So, I have been taking music classes from Blue Bear School of Music to keep my woodchopping chops up and to ensure that I can bring you the BEST! Classes like Voice Skills with Raz Kennedy, Acoustic Guitar with Kent Brown AND Songwriting with Bonnie Hayes and Bill Spooner (whew!) have challenged me to question what is coming through and dare to make it better. The musicians who will take NKECHI LIVE! and on the road are emerging and delicately falling into place. Thanks for the magic in your encouragement. I look forward to, at the CD release party, giving you the show of a lifetime!   A work in progress, can't wait!
