NKECHI loves to team up with various artists to explore the new sounds that undoubtedly come through! NKECHI has played with Bobby Griffin of The Bobby Griffin Band and performed as NKECHI & BOBBY GRIFFIN An Organic Soul & Blues Combination at San Francisco's Espresso Roma Cafe. NKECHI & Garrin Benfield have played and sung together! "Wow, I feel so blessed to have been afforded the opportunity to play with such amazing artists like Garrin and Bobby. Such a delight!" -Nkechi NKECHI Alternative Singer-Songwriter performed at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. "In support of San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom's Project Homeless Connect and by way of Blue Bear School of Music I got to play at Bill Graham Civic Auditiorium during Project Homeless Connect. I had no idea what to expect, but was overhwelmed by the generous attention to my music the volunteers AND homeless gave. What a dream come true! And then the Mayor awarded the musicians a signed award. May I be a steward of this precious gift. I am so grateful for every and any opportunity to give away the music that has been so graceously entrusted to me." - NKECHI NKECHI LIVE! in AUREO performed Organic Soul & Rock Originals at the Make Out Room for a WomenROCK! benefit, and at Citizen Cupcake located in SF's Virgin Megastore offering two nights of an original sound! NKECHI had fun performing her original material rocked out in stereo form in a band format called NKECHI LIVE! in AUREO. A delightful combination which was seen and heard at venues like the Make Out Room, Red Devil Lounge, and More .. |
