On Saturday 12/6 I performed as NKECHI LIVE! Astral Soul Songstress & Band. We sang and played our hearts out and caught a vision of what is to come. The band that night consisted of 2 lead guitars, a drummer, a bassist, a DJ, and me on rhythm guitar, vocals, and percussion. My dream came true, THE jam band to support the music I write came alive before my very eyes. THANK U Tim, Chris, Allen, Rich, and Goyo!
Then, Saturday, 12/13 I got to play an Acoustic set at Caffe Trieste on 1667 Market Street @ Gough for the WomenROCK! Variety Sowcase! I sang and played guitar with an up and coming singer/songwriter John Vicino.. The delight in facilitating another srtist expressing his Muse is more than exquisite.
I THANK U all for the generosity of Spirit I have seen this holiday season despite the economic climate. THANK U to all of you who give of your resources to clothe, feed, and touch the sick and the hungry. THANK U.
